We would like to inform you that due to the pandemic of Covid-19 we have taken several measures in order to guarantee the security and wellbeing of our guests and employees. Since these measures affect the usual performance of our establishment, Please make sure you read carefully the information detailed down below:

 

·BEFORE ARRIVING:

1. Let us know about your estimated arrival time in advance.

2. If you would like to park at Parking Kursaal, please contact us.

3. All guests ID/Passport information must be provided before the arrival day to avoid unnecessary contact at the front desk.

4. The use of face masks in the facilities and transit areas of the accommodation are compulsory.

5. You must sanitize your hands with the gel sanitizer before entering our establishment. In order to do so, you will find gel sanitizer dispensers at the main entrance.

6. You must respect the safety distances in the reception as well as in transit areas of the hotel.

7. The maximum number of permitted guests at the reception area will be limited to 3 people. It is not allowed to stand in transit areas

 

·CHECK-IN:

       RECEPTION OPENING TIMES: It will be restricted from 9:30 to 14:30. Arrivals expected out of the opening times must be previously notified.

​

                SELF CHECK-IN: It will be available for arrivals after 14:30h. Guests will be able to check-in online from their own devices, pay online and access the room through opening pin-codes. Please contact us to request it.

PAYMENT: It will be done upon arrival and we will prioritize credit/debit card payments or online payment. However, guests will be able to pay in cash as well.

  The following services will be totally or partially interrupted until further notice:

• Reduced amenities (Only hand soap available)

• Breakfast unavailable

• Luggage storage unavailable

• Hairdryer unavailable

 

 HOUSEKEEPING:

​

       We have implemented exhaustive cleaning, disinfection and ventilation standards for all our rooms and common areas, emphasizing areas of major contact and increasing the cleaning frequencies.

Those guests who would prefer to do without the everyday housekeeping service must notify the front desk staff upon arrival.

       We would also like to remark that we have implemented all the measures and recommendations of the authorities in order to protect our guests, employees and providers. Furthermore, our employees go through rigorous training to guarantee the proper implementation of the measures laid down in protocols.
